Since 2014 I have been a Principal Project/Program Manager delivering highly complex technology programs and projects in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment. In this role I led efforts in IT totaling over 100M for the Infrastructure (network, data center, Azure, Microsoft platforms), Application Development, Data & Analytics and Security teams.
Overcoming challenges arising from conflicting priorities, limited resources and disparate teams has been essential to consistently delivering value to the customer while executing within scope, schedule and budget.

American Pacific Mortgage
From the end of 2010 to late 2013 as the Senior Director of Information Technology I lead the effort to reengineer the IT department to a more standardized, process and methodology focused team.
Redefining the service desk, infrastructure and application development teams to more effectively support the business provided a better user experience, enhanced insights into organizational data, better analytics and an increased security posture. The transition from waterfall to an agile methodology utilizing the Scrum and Kanban delivery frameworks significantly improved the success of projects and satisfaction of the end users.

Establishing a replicable model was a key deliverable in this role.

When I came back in late 2003 (through early 2008) as the Vice President of Operations I transformed the organization to a Managed Service Provider model, added a software development revenue stream and standardized all the companies processes, procedures and documentation.
